By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the website or use protected CSD services.

The website provides general credit education, financial calculators, consumer-resource directories, housing-rights education, child-support education, official-resource links, and information about CSD services. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not provide legal, tax, investment, lending, or court representation unless a separate written engagement with a properly authorized professional expressly states otherwise.

Except for third-party material expressly identified as such, user-submitted content, public-domain material, government works, and material used under a separate license or other lawful authorization, all original content, proprietary systems, digital products, software, displays, interfaces, databases, compilations, reports, workflows, designs, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other protectable material created by or for Credit Score Defenders LLC ("CSD") and made available on or through this website are owned exclusively by CSD or used by CSD under rights that permit such use.

CSD's proprietary rights include, to the fullest extent protectable by law, its original analytical tools, backend software, codebases, user interfaces, scripts, algorithms, workflow logic, proprietary calculators and formulas, report layouts, dispute-support systems, educational frameworks, digital products, downloadable PDFs, guidebooks, templates, checklists, eBooks, worksheets, instructional resources, original articles, original graphics, CSD logos and brand identifiers, CSD-created or commissioned media, selection and arrangement of website content, original database structure, and platform-generated analytical reports and compilations.

These rights may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, contract, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property or proprietary-rights laws, as applicable.

CSD grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access public website material for lawful personal, non-commercial use. No ownership interest is transferred.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, sell, license, sublicense, commercially exploit, scrape, crawl for unauthorized extraction, frame, mirror, systematically download, archive, train a competing system on, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass access controls for, or otherwise exploit CSD proprietary material without CSD's prior written permission.

You may not remove copyright, trademark, confidentiality, attribution, watermark, metadata, provenance, or proprietary-rights notices from CSD material. CSD reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and monetary remedies where legally available.

"Credit Score Defenders," "CSD," CSD logos, and other CSD source identifiers are CSD brand assets to the extent CSD holds rights in them. Nothing on this site grants a license to use a CSD mark without written permission.

Names such as Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, Cal.com, Base44, government agency names, news organizations, and other third-party names or marks may be referenced solely for identification, interoperability, commentary, education, source attribution, or linking. Those names and marks remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not mean that CSD claims ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide that material for the requested purpose. You grant CSD a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, analyze, organize, display to authorized users, and otherwise process submitted material as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, document, or improve the requested service and to comply with law.

CSD owns its software-generated structure, formatting, classifications, proprietary calculations, workflows, report design, compilation, and analytical presentation to the extent protectable by law. CSD does not acquire ownership of a consumer's raw personal data or third-party source documents merely because they are uploaded or processed.

CSD may link to or quote limited portions of government, court, regulatory, news, educational, credit-bureau, service-provider, or other third-party resources. Any third-party material remains subject to the rights of its owner or applicable public-domain rules. CSD claims ownership only in CSD's original commentary, annotations, organization, compilation, software, presentation, and other independently protectable contributions.

CSD maintains a copyright complaint process for material stored on or made available through CSD services. Copyright notices should be sent to CSD's Copyright Compliance Department at legal@creditscoredefenders.com. See the DMCA Copyright Policy for the required notice information, counter-notification procedure, and repeat-infringer policy.

Booking or submitting a consultation request does not enroll you in paid services or create a service contract. Paid services require a separate written agreement, disclosures, cancellation rights, and lawful payment terms.

You must provide truthful information, verify website information before relying on it, protect your own devices, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit another person's information or intellectual property without authority.

You may not misuse the site to impersonate another person, distribute malware, probe security controls without authorization, overwhelm services, scrape personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, create unlawful communications, or violate another person's rights.

Calculator outputs are estimates and educational content may not address every fact or jurisdiction. You remain responsible for verifying assumptions, dates, laws, and professional requirements.

CSD does not guarantee a credit-score change, deletion, approval, financing, settlement, debt cancellation, investigation result, court result, housing result, tax result, or response time. Accurate, timely, and verifiable information may remain on a credit report.

Cal.com, Base44, government sites, credit bureaus, linked publishers, and other infrastructure or external services may operate under their own terms, licenses, trademarks, and privacy practices. The CSD Client Portal remains a Credit Score Defenders-branded protected service. Verify any external destination before submitting personal information.

Questions, privacy requests, copyright notices, intellectual-property concerns, or complaints may be sent to legal@creditscoredefenders.com or through the phone support control. Do not send Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, identity documents, or credit reports by ordinary email.
