The standard CSD professional partner program is built around client retention, return-to-partner visibility, partner tools, and optional opportunity access—not pay-per-referral compensation.
For mortgage-related settlement-service business involving federally related mortgage loans, CSD does not pay referral fees, kickbacks, commissions, or other things of value for the referral.
CSD may separately approve written affiliate or marketing arrangements for eligible non-mortgage activities where compensation is legally permitted and tied to actual approved marketing services. Participation, eligibility, compensation, and terms are not automatic and are not part of the standard professional referral program.
