When Are Clients Charged?
Credit Score Defenders LLC does not charge clients before covered credit services are performed. Pricing shown reflects the monthly service amount plus the applicable first-cycle service fee. The first-cycle service fee and monthly service amount are billed only after eligible first-cycle services are completed, documented, and posted to the client portal, and only as permitted by applicable law.
A completed first-cycle service may include credit report review, documentation review, dispute preparation guidance, client education, progress notes, portal updates, and first-round dispute preparation or mailing, when applicable.
Starting work is not the same as completing a service deliverable. CSD bills only after eligible service deliverables are completed and documented.
Dispute Item Limits — What This Means
Dispute item limits refer to the maximum number of questionable reporting items CSD may help review and prepare dispute guidance for during a monthly service cycle. Disputes are based on the client's credit reports, supporting documents, and whether the information appears inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, duplicated, unverifiable, inconsistent, or otherwise questionable. CSD does not dispute information solely because it is negative.
Couple plan dispute item limits are shared between both clients unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.
What 3-Bureau Credit Report Review Means
A three-bureau credit report review means CSD reviews the client's Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports separately. Each bureau may report different account details, balances, dates, payment history, addresses, inquiries, and collection information. CSD reviews each bureau for possible inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, duplicate, unverifiable, or inconsistent reporting.
What 3-Bureau Dispute Guidance Means
Three-bureau dispute guidance means CSD helps prepare bureau-specific dispute documentation for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion when questionable information appears on one or more reports. Each dispute is based on the information actually reporting on that bureau's file and any supporting documents available from the client.
